Our Story

Established in 1995, The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation exists as a separate, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization supporting the operations of The Ohio Masonic Communities and its not-for-profit subsidiaries. The focus of our support is to maintain, develop, and increase the facilities and services of The Ohio Masonic Communities, providing broader care and assistance to individuals. To accomplish this, we enlist the generosity of individuals and organizations to help those over 55 live safe, active and healthy lifestyles.

The Ohio Masonic Communities has been providing care to individuals for over 130 years, with premier lifestyle communities in Springfield, Medina, and Waterville, Ohio. In 1996, The Ohio Masonic Communities opened its doors to the public, providing excellent senior living options including; villas, apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing care and memory support.

In addition to our three communities, The Ohio Masonic Communities reintroduced its outreach efforts as The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center. Our resource center provides services connecting Ohio residents to available resources, which contribute to sustaining the health, happiness, and independence of individuals and their families. Our goal is to help those we serve receive the resources they need, at home, on our campus, or elsewhere.
